Congressman Hare Doesn't Care
Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at 2:18 PM | Congressman Phil Hare (D-IL), doesn't give a rip about that little old piece of paper called The Constitution. Hare also doesn't know much about American History as he demonstrates in this video made by a few of his disgruntled constituents. Some call videos like this "gotcha journalism".
